"Chronos Island" was an narrative-time-based nautical island food-art experience for 140 people.

A multi-course dinner-experience choreographed inside a de-commisioned church.

"Subterranean Rendezvous" was a dinner inside a mile-long storm drain where participants entered from opposite sides, carried half of the dish, met at the middle of the tunnel, the dishes were assembled and consumed by lamplight. The groups then separated and continued on, exiting the tunnel out the opposite side they came in.
